Refund Policy

Ishani Clothings

At Ishani Clothings, every garment is crafted with care, especially our handwoven Kasavu sarees, Mundu, Set Mundu, ethnic wear, kids wear, and customized bridal collections. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do offer replacements subject to the conditions below.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

  • We do not provide monetary refunds.

  • We do not issue credit refunds to the original payment method.

  • Sale items and customized bridal wear are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.


2. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

We will offer a replacement only if:

  • The item received is damaged during shipping, OR

  • The wrong product was delivered, OR

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damage or wrong product claims.

Without proper video proof, replacement requests may not be accepted.


3. NON-REPLACEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Customized Bridal Wear

  • Altered garments

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Minor color variations due to lighting/photography

  • Handloom irregularities (these are part of authentic weaving and not defects)

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery


4. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  1. Email us at: ishaniclothings@gmail.com

  2. Share:

    • Order Number

    • Clear product images

    • Unboxing video

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.

  4. If approved:

    • We will arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable), OR

    • You may be asked to ship the item to our address.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement item will be dispatched.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, OR

  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

No cash refunds will be issued.


5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR REPLACEMENT

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the replacement is requested for other acceptable reasons, the customer may bear shipping charges.


6. GIFTS

If the product was marked as a gift and qualifies for replacement:

  • A replacement product will be sent.

  • No monetary refund or gift certificate will be issued.


7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers may be required to bear international return shipping charges.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
